The invention discloses an aircraft windshield crack data processing method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first echo time data of detecting an aircraft windshield by using an ultrasonic probe; establishing a corresponding relation between the first echo time data and each position point on the aircraft windshield through an augmented reality technology; obtaining standard echo time data in a pre-established echo time database according to the type information of the airplane; comparing the first echo time data and the standard echo time data corresponding to the same position point; when a difference value between the first echo time data and the standard echo time data is greater than a preset threshold value, determining a position point corresponding to the first echo time data as a target position point; and obtaining a crack detection result of the aircraft windshield according to a communication area formed by the target position point. According to the method, ultrasonic equipment is used for replacing naked eye inspection, the detection reliability can be effectively improved, and the influence of human factors is reduced. The method can be widely applied to the technical field of airplanes.

    本申请公开了一种飞机风挡裂纹数据处理方法、装置、设备及介质。该方法获取使用超声波探头检测飞机风挡的第一回波时间数据;通过增强现实技术,建立第一回波时间数据和飞机风挡上各个位置点的对应关系;根据飞机的机型信息,在预先建立的回波时间数据库,得到标准回波时间数据;比对同一位置点所对应的第一回波时间数据和标准回波时间数据;当第一回波时间数据和标准回波时间数据的差异值大于预设阈值,将第一回波时间数据对应的位置点确定为目标位置点;根据目标位置点形成的联通区域,得到飞机风挡的裂纹检测结果。该方法利用超声设备代替肉眼检查,可以有效提高检测的可靠性,降低人为因素的影响。本申请可广泛应用于飞机技术领域内。
