The invention discloses a traction winch for arranging multi-layer streamline towing cables and a control method of the traction winch, and belongs to the technical field of ocean equipment. A brand-new tension reduction design is adopted, namely a mode of separating a traction part and a storage part of a towing cable is adopted, an independent traction device is arranged in the winch, and a main motor is used for driving the traction device to perform the towing function of the towing cable and bear the tension of the towing cable; the storage device completes storage and release of the towrope conveyed by the traction device through the conduction device, is not affected by tension of the towrope in water in the storage and conveying process, and only bears pre-tensioning force needed by a winding drum for storing the towrope, so that the tension in the winch and the tension of the towrope are greatly reduced. In addition, the transverse stacking arrangement technology and the synchronous control technology are adopted in the cable arrangement mode, and it is guaranteed that the flow deflectors of the streamline towing cable are evenly arranged on the winding drum. Multi-point tension monitoring is carried out through the multiple tension sensors, and then the traction device and the storage device are accurately controlled to work cooperatively and carry out emergency cable laying at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种用于排多层流线型拖缆的牵引绞车及其控制方法,属于海洋装备技术领域。本发明采用了全新的减张力设计,即采用将拖缆的牵引部分和存储部分相分离的方式,在绞车内设置单独的牵引装置,用主电机带动牵引装置进行拖缆的牵引功能,承担拖缆的张力;存储装置通过传导装置完成对牵引装置传输过来的拖缆进行存储和释放,在存储和传输过程中不受拖缆水中张力的影响,只承担卷筒存储拖缆所需的预紧张力,从而大大减少了绞车内部和拖缆的张力。另外,本发明在排缆方式上采用了横向叠排技术和同步控制技术,保证流线型拖缆的导流片均匀排布在卷筒上。本发明通过多个张力传感器进行多点张力监测,进而精确控制牵引装置和存储装置协同工作同时进行应急放缆。
