The hoisting device comprises a hoisting box, the bottom of the hoisting box is of a hollowed-out structure, and a steel wire rope adjusting mechanism is fixedly installed in the hollowed-out structure and used for tightening a steel wire rope and adjusting the length of the steel wire rope so as to control the installation angle of the composite floor slab; back plates in the clamping hanging plates are fixedly connected with a steel wire rope; the clamping mechanism is mounted on the back plate and the vertical plate, and is used for forcing an upper clamping plate in the clamping mechanism to generate longitudinal displacement and close to the bottom plate to clamp and fix the laminated floor slab; the auxiliary fastening mechanism is installed on the back plate in a sliding mode and fixedly connected with a steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope mechanically acts to limit movement of the clamping mechanism so that the composite floor slab can be in a clamped state all the time, the length of the steel wire rope can be controlled and adjusted through a motor, and then the inclination angle of the composite floor slab can be controlled; and the steel wire rope can further limit the movement of the clamping mechanism in the hoisting process, so that the hoisting safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种叠合楼板的吊装装置及其吊装方法,其装置包括吊装箱,所述吊装箱底部为镂空结构,镂空结构内固定安装有钢丝绳调节机构,用于收紧钢丝绳并可调节钢丝绳长度继而控制叠合楼板的安装角度;多块夹紧吊板,其内的背板固定连接钢丝绳;夹紧机构,所述夹紧机构安装于所述背板、竖板上,用于迫使夹紧机构中上夹板产生纵向位移并靠近底板夹紧固定叠合楼板;辅助紧固机构,其滑动安装于所述背板上,并固定连接钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳机械作用限制夹紧机构运动,以使叠合楼板始终处于夹紧状态,本装置可以通过电机控制调整钢丝绳的长短,继而控制叠合楼板的倾斜角度,起吊过程中钢丝绳可进一步的限制夹紧机构运动,保证起吊的安全性。
