The machine room frame equipment comprises a machine room frame body and a bottom beam, the bottom beam is movably arranged on the machine room frame body, and the bottom beam has an unfolded state and a folded state relative to the machine room frame body; in the unfolded state, the bottom beams extend out of the machine room frame body and are inserted into the shaft front wall and the shaft rear wall, and in the folded state, the bottom beams retreat from the shaft front wall and the shaft rear wall and can ascend and descend along with the machine room frame body. When the machine room frame body ascends and descends, the bottom beam can be switched to the storage state and ascends and descends along with the machine room frame body, and after the machine room frame body ascends and descends to the target height, the bottom beam is switched to the unfolding state and is inserted into the shaft front wall and the shaft rear wall. Therefore, the machine room frame body is fixed at the target height. In the whole process, it is not needed to additionally control lifting of the bottom beam after the machine room frame body is lifted, and operation convenience is improved.
本发明涉及一种机房架设备和电梯,包括机房架本体和底梁,所述底梁活动设置于所述机房架本体,所述底梁相对于所述机房架本体存在展开状态和收纳状态,在所述展开状态下所述底梁伸出所述机房架本体外并插在井道前壁和井道后壁中,在收纳状态下所述底梁退出所述井道前壁和所述井道后壁并能够跟随所述机房架本体升降。所以当所述机房架本体升降时,所述底梁可以切换到所述收纳状态而随所述机房架本体一起升降,当所述机房架本体升降到目标高度后,所述底梁再切换到所述展开状态而插入所述井道前壁和井道后壁中,从而使得机房架本体固定在目标高度。整个过程不用在起吊所述机房架本体后,再另行控制底梁升降,提升操作的便利性。
