    本发明涉及一种跨中双壳分段的制造方法及跨中双壳分段,包括内壳和外壳,建造时:步骤1、根据船舶建造图纸确定内壳上纵骨与外壳上肋板的焊接情况,若在纵骨为球扁钢,则肋板上对应设有R型孔,球扁钢一侧与R型孔需要焊接;步骤2、在球扁钢与R型孔焊接一侧的方向上对R型孔加放负公差;步骤3、以外壳的外板为基面建造中组立,在外板上安装所有的纵桁和肋板;以内壳的内底板为基面建造大组基面,在内底板上安装所有的纵骨;步骤4、将中组立翻转180°后扣合搭载在大组基面上并焊接。本发明的方法在大组时可一次吊装到位,减少二次吊装或者纵骨散装吊运的插入工作,有效缩短胎架周期,提高胎架周转率。
