The invention provides a compartment wallboard. The compartment wallboard comprises a metal frame and a flat plate. The metal frame is square and comprises four frame beams, at least two of the frame beams are reinforced frame beams, the two reinforced frame beams are oppositely arranged, each reinforced frame beam comprises a plate main body and a reinforced part, the reinforced part is located at one end of the plate main body, a closed space is defined by the reinforced part and the plate main body, and the plate main body protrudes out of the inner side of the reinforced part; the flat plate is arranged in the metal frame; the edges of the flat plates are in lap joint with the corresponding plate bodies respectively, and the flat plates are connected with the plate bodies in a riveting or gluing mode. Each reinforcing frame beam is provided with a closed space, the plate body can be in lap joint with the flat plate, the strength of the metal frame meets the requirement, meanwhile, the flat plate only needs to be cut into a regular plate, complex machining treatment such as flanging, meshing and shaping is not needed, surface treatment and spraying work are reduced, and then the whole compartment wall plate is environmentally friendly.

    本发明提供了一种车厢墙板。该车厢墙板包括金属框架和平板。金属框架呈方形,包括四个边框梁,其中至少两边框梁为加强边框梁,两加强边框梁相对设置,各加强边框梁均包括板主体和加强部,加强部位于板主体的一端,且加强部与板主体围合形成一封闭空间,板主体凸伸出加强部的内侧;平板设置于金属框架内;平板的边缘分别与对应的板主体搭接,平板与板主体铆接连接或胶粘连接。各加强边框梁具有一封闭空间,且板主体能够与平板搭接,不仅使金属框架的强度满足要求,同时使平板仅需裁剪为规则的板即可,无需进行翻边、咬合、塑形等复杂加工处理,减少了表面处理和喷涂工作,进而使整个车厢墙板较为环保。
