本发明提供了一种履带用销套及其制备方法,涉及履带用销套的制备技术领域。履带用销套,选用35MnB钢,35MnB钢包括的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:C:0.32%~0.34%;Si:0.2%~0.3%;Mn:1.25%~1.31%;P:≦0.02%;S:≦0.005%;Cr:0.16%~0.23%;Al:0.03%~0.045%;Ti:0.035%~0.045%;B:0.002%~0.003%;以及Fe和不可避免的杂质。制备方法包括机加工、热处理和外磨圆,其中热处理为一次外周淬火。本发明提供的35MnB钢的淬透性能良好,使履带用销套通过一次外周淬火就能达到图纸中关于硬度等性能的要求。本发明热处理工序少,能耗低,得到的履带用销套的使用寿命长。
