Comprising a positioning trolley, the positioning trolley comprises a fixed pulley arranged on the lower portion and a composite pulley structure arranged on the upper portion, and one end of a rope is fixed to the composite pulley and wound around the composite pulley structure, a wheel set and a reel clockwise; the rope is retracted and released to realize the movement of the positioning trolley in the space; the invention aims to solve the problems of low indoor positioning precision, difficulty in operation and the like, and has the advantages of few parts, simple structure, low cost, convenience in installation, low later maintenance cost and the like.
