The invention discloses an AGV and a navigation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of logistics, and is used for solving the problems that a continuous guide type AGV is high in manufacturing cost, and an intermittent guide type AGV is poor in precision and stability. Comprising a vehicle body, a steering wheel installed on the front side of the bottom of the vehicle body, two driven wheels symmetrically installed on the rear side of the bottom of the vehicle body, a magnetic navigation sensor installed between the two driven wheels, a gyroscope installed in the direction, away from the steering wheel, of the magnetic navigation sensor, and a card reader installed behind the gyroscope. The AGV navigation method comprises the following steps: detecting a magnetic nail preset on a planned path through the magnetic navigation sensor, and reading a path value stored in the magnetic nail, so that the actual advancing direction of the AGV is continuously adjusted, and the normal deviation between the actual advancing direction of the AGV and the planned path is always kept within a preset range. Through a method of combining a gyroscope, a magnetic navigation sensor and an integration algorithm, timely, random and stable switching of the AGV in different paths is realized.

    一种AGV及其导航方法,属于物流技术领域,用以解决连续导引式AGV制造成本高、断续导引式AGV精准度和稳定性差的问题,包括车体、安装在车体底部前侧的舵轮、对称安装在车体底部后侧的两个从动轮、安装在两个从动轮之间的磁导航传感器、安装在所述磁导航传感器远离所述舵轮方向上的陀螺仪和安装在所述陀螺仪后的读卡器。所述AGV的导航方法是,通过所述磁导航传感器检测预先设置在规划路径上的磁钉,并读取所述磁钉中存储的路径值,从而不断调整所述AGV的实际行进方向,使得所述AGV的实际行进方向与规划路径之间的法向偏差始终保持在预设的范围内。通过采用陀螺仪、磁导航传感器和积分算法相结合的方法,实现了AGV可以在不同路径的及时、随机和稳定切换。
