The invention discloses an ETC lane-oriented highway rail-free free flow toll collection system and method. The system comprises a vehicle active identification module, an intelligent analysis platform module, a front toll collection module, a square toll collection module, an automatic early warning module, a supplementary payment module and a credit investigation module. During working, the vehicle active identification module obtains information of vehicles running on the highway; the intelligent analysis platform module adopts a data fusion algorithm to accurately position a vehicle driving track and calculate a toll; the front charging module carries out fee deduction on the ETC vehicle; the square toll collection module performs toll collection verification and secondary fee deduction on the ETC vehicles; the automatic early warning module records the information of vehicles which do not pay the fees; the supplementary payment module comprises online self-service supplementary payment and manual supplementary payment; the credit investigation module carries out credit investigation and filing on the vehicle. According to the invention, rail-free free flow toll collection of the ETC lane can be realized, the ETC toll collection reliability of the toll station is improved, the ETC vehicle passing efficiency at the exit is improved, and the driving experience feeling is improved.
