The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to a heat integration module assembly and an electric automobile heat management system. The heat integration module assembly comprises a compressor, a side plate component, a third heat exchanger, a first condenser and a second heat exchanger, a refrigerant loop is formed on the compressor, and a cooling liquid loop is formed on the side plate component; refrigerant ports of the first condenser, the second heat exchanger and the third heat exchanger can be respectively communicated with the refrigerant loop, and cooling liquid ports of the first condenser, the second heat exchanger and the third heat exchanger can be respectively communicated with the cooling liquid loop; according to the heat integration module assembly, the third heat exchanger, the first condenser and the second heat exchanger which are used for coupling the refrigerant loop and the cooling liquid loop can be integrated on the compressor, direct butt joint of the third heat exchanger, the first condenser and the second heat exchanger and the compressor shell is achieved, and the number of connectors connected with internal parts of the heat integration module assembly is reduced; and the risk of refrigerant leakage is reduced.
