The invention provides a suspension four-wheel positioning adjusting mechanism which comprises a base table, a supporting device and an adjusting device, the supporting device and the adjusting device are arranged on the base table, an auxiliary frame of a vehicle is supported on the supporting device, and the adjusting device is provided with a base and a fixing structure. The invention relates to a suspension device for a motor vehicle, comprising a base, a fastening structure which is arranged on the base and serves to fasten a wheel part of the vehicle, the fastening structure being associated with a first drive device by means of which the fastening structure is rotated about a vertical axis in a horizontal plane for adjusting a suspension toe-in angle, and a second drive device by means of which the fastening structure is rotated about a vertical axis in a horizontal plane for adjusting a suspension toe-in angle. The fixing structure is rotated by means of the second drive device about a longitudinal axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle in order to adjust the camber angle of the suspension. According to the suspension four-wheel positioning adjusting mechanism, adjustment of suspension four-wheel positioning parameters can be completed in the vehicle assembling period, and therefore the adjusting speed can be increased, and the production period can be shortened.
