The invention discloses an under-forest anoectochilus formosanus wild-imitating seed selection and cultivation method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) site selection; (2) removing weeds, branches and dead leaves on the surface of the planting field; loosening and disinfecting the soil of the planting field; after disinfection, standing and ridging; (3) building a light intensity control shed above the planting field during the disinfection and standing period of the planting field; (4) preparing tissue culture seedlings for planting; if no natural rainfall exists within 7 days after the tissue culture seedlings are planted, watering needs to be conducted till soil 6 cm below the soil surface is moist; (5) during the planting and growing period of anoectochilus formosanus, the daytime light is controlled to be 3200-3800 lx, if the light is too strong, a window shade is used for shading, and the illumination intensity is reduced; (6) applying a liquid fertilizer 25-35 days after planting, spraying clear water on the leaves of the anoectochilus formosanus while applying the liquid fertilizer, and flushing off the liquid fertilizer on the leaves of the anoectochilus formosanus; and (7) harvesting. By arranging a series of steps, planting management of the anoectochilus formosanus under the forest is simpler, and healthy growth of the anoectochilus formosanus is facilitated.

    本发明公开一种林下金线莲仿野生选种培育方法,包括以下步骤:①选址;②清除种植场地地表的杂草和树枝枯叶;对种植场地进行疏松土壤并消毒;消毒后静置后起垄;③在种植场地消毒静置期间在种植场地上方搭建光强控制棚;④准备组培苗进行种植;若种植组培苗后7天内没有自然降雨,需要进行浇水至土表下6cm土壤湿润;⑤金线莲种植生长期间白天光线控制在3200‑3800lx,若光线过强时,使用遮光帘进行遮光,降低光照强度;⑥在种植25‑35天后以液态肥进行施肥,施肥时同时对金线莲叶面喷洒清水,将金线莲叶面的液态肥冲落;⑦采收。本发明通过设置一系列步骤使得林下金线莲种植管理更加简单,有助于金线莲的茁长成长。
