[Problem] To provide an electronic control device capable of improving the vibration resistance of a thermally deteriorated member that needs to cope with vibration and causes thermal deterioration, and suppressing thermal deterioration of the thermally deteriorated member. [Solution] An electronic control device (1) is provided with: a circuit board (4) on which heat-generating components (21, 22, 23) and thermally deteriorated components (31, 32) are mounted on a first surface (4A); a metal first housing (2) covering the first surface (4A); a second case (3) that covers a second surface (4B) of the circuit board (4) on the opposite side from the first surface (4A); support members (51, 52) provided between the thermal degradation members (31, 32) and the first housing (2) and supporting the thermal degradation members (31, 32); and heat dissipation members (41, 42, 43) that are provided on at least one of the heat generation components (21, 22, 23) and the first case (2) and that transmit heat generated by the heat generation components (21, 22, 23) to the first case (2). The thermal conductivity of the heat dissipation members (41, 42, 43) is higher than the thermal conductivity of the support members (51, 52).
