The invention discloses a test system and method for a high-temperature air tightness test of a W-shaped metal sealing ring for an aerospace craft. The test system comprises a tester body, an upper and lower back plate heating control system, an external air supply regulation and control system, an automatic measurement and control system based on a PLC and a human-computer interface, and a simulation design method and a test method based on Ansys. The device provided by the invention is mainly researched, developed and designed for the leakage test of the W-shaped metal sealing ring, and realizes the principle verification test of the sealing performance of the W-shaped metal sealing ring. The test scheme has contrast for the metal sealing rings of different specifications, the test method has repeatability, the test result is accurate and reliable, the research and development period of the metal sealing ring can be greatly shortened, the research and development cost can be reduced, and the design, research and development of various metal sealing rings suitable for aerospace crafts are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种航天飞行器用W型金属密封圈高温气密性测试的试验系统与方法,包括试验器本体、上下背板加热控制系统、外置送风调控系统、基于PLC和人机界面的自动化测控系统、基于Ansys的仿真设计方法和测试方法。本发明装置主要针对W型金属密封圈的泄漏测试进行研发设计,实现W型金属密封圈密封性能的原理性验证测试。测试方案针对不同规格的金属密封圈具有可对照性,测试方法具有可重复性,测试结果准确可靠,可以极大地缩短金属密封圈的研发周期、降低研制成本,有助于设计研发出适用于航天飞行器的各种金属密封圈。
