The invention provides an anti-carsickness control method and system in an automatic driving mode, and the method comprises the steps: S1, obtaining anti-carsickness demand information, entering an anti-carsickness control mode according to the anti-carsickness demand information, and entering S2; s2, road surface information and vehicle body information are collected, and road surface excitation frequency and vehicle body vibration response frequency are calculated according to the collected road surface information and vehicle body information; s3, judging whether the road surface excitation frequency and/or the vehicle body vibration response frequency are/is in a carsickness sensitive frequency interval or not; if yes, entering S4; if not, entering S5; s4, adjusting the vehicle speed to change the road surface excitation frequency; and/or adjusting the rigidity and damping of a vehicle suspension to change the vehicle body vibration response frequency; s5, the riding environment and the riding state are adjusted; s6, determining whether further optimization is needed or not, and if so, returning to S2; and if not, ending the adjustment.
