The intelligent braking system comprises a base, a braking device, a power device, a torque sensor and a main control unit, the braking device is installed on the base, the power device is installed on the base and connected with the braking device, the torque sensor is installed on the braking device, and the main control unit is connected with the power device. The output end of the torque sensor is electrically connected with the input end of the main control unit, the output end of the main control unit is electrically connected with the control end of the power device, the main control unit controls the power device to operate, and the power device drives the braking device to achieve braking control. The torque sensor detects a parking force numerical value of the braking device in real time and feeds back the parking force numerical value to the main control unit, the main control unit judges whether the parking force reaches a rated value or not, and when it is detected that the parking force does not reach the rated value, the main control unit controls the power device to continue operating to increase the parking force of the braking device till the parking force reaches the rated value.

    本发明公开了一种门座式起重机用智能制动系统和制动方法,包括:底座、制动装置、动力装置、力矩传感器和主控单元,制动装置安装在底座上,动力装置安装在底座上,动力装置连接制动装置,力矩传感器安装在制动装置上,力矩传感器的输出端电性连接主控单元的输入端,主控单元的输出端电性连接动力装置的控制端,主控单元控制动力装置运转,动力装置驱动制动装置实现制动控制,在驻车制动时,力矩传感器实时检测制动装置的驻车力数值并反馈给主控单元,主控单元判断驻车力是否达到额定值,当检测到驻车力未达到额定值时,主控单元控制动力装置继续运转增大制动装置的驻车力直至达到额定值时停止。
