The ship is used for carrying the winch, the overwater autorotorcraft loaded with the wind driven generator, the optical detection and communication load and the microwave detection and communication load is dragged to lift off through the composite cable, and long-time hang and high-power self-power supply of the overwater autorotorcraft are achieved by completely depending on wind energy or partially depending on traction of the ship. The installation height of a detection sensor and communication equipment is greatly improved, the sight distance limit of a traditional ship is broken through, and the long-term sustainable reliable beyond-sight-distance detection and communication problem on the water surface is effectively solved. Compared with a known manned aircraft, unmanned aircraft and floating boat carrying detection and communication load lift-off scheme, the overwater autorotorcraft of the system is not provided with a special propulsion engine, the implementation is simple, and the development and purchase price is low; during operation, no fuel is consumed or only normal sailing traction of a ship is needed, so that the device is environment-friendly and low in use and maintenance cost; self-powered by wind energy is achieved, the bearing capacity is high, and the acting distance is long; the unmanned aerial vehicle can continuously execute tasks in the air, and is high in wind resistance, good in control performance and convenient to take off and land.

    本发明利用舰船搭载卷扬机,以复合缆绳牵引装载有风力发电机、光学探测与通信载荷、微波探测与通信载荷的水上自转旋翼机升空,完全依靠风能或部分依靠舰船的牵引实现水上自转旋翼机长时间滞空及大功率自供电,大幅提升了探测传感器和通信设备安装高度,突破了传统舰船视距极限,有效解决水面长期可持续可靠超视距探测与通信问题。与已知有人、无人飞机、浮空艇搭载探测与通信载荷升空方案相比,本系统的水上自转旋翼机无专用的推进发动机,实现简单、研制采购价格低廉;运行时无燃料消耗或仅需舰船正常航行牵引,绿色环保、使用维护费用低;依靠风能自供电、承载能力强、作用距离远;能不间断滞空执行任务,且抗风能力强,操控性能好,起降便捷。
