The invention relates to a three-redundancy aircraft brake control system, which mainly comprises a normal brake system and an emergency brake system, and adopts normal brake system electrical dual redundancy, hydraulic dual redundancy and emergency brake system electric control single redundancy. The normal braking system and the emergency braking system are in a parallel relation. The normal braking system is defaulted to implement airplane wheel braking, and when the normal braking system breaks down, the emergency braking system guarantees airplane wheel braking. The normal braking system is composed of an instruction sensor, a control module, an integrated control valve, an integrated change-over valve, a speed sensor, a change-over valve and an energy change-over valve. The emergency brake system adopts a telex control mode and is composed of a pressure accumulator, an emergency electro-hydraulic energy assembly, an emergency brake control unit, a shutdown/emergency brake valve and a hydraulic insurance. The probability of brake failure caused by hydraulic energy failure is 2.4 E-10/fh, and compared with a two-redundancy aircraft brake control system, the safety and reliability of the brake system are improved.

    本发明涉及一种三余度飞机刹车控制系统,主要包括正常刹车系统和应急刹车系统,采用正常刹车系统电气双余度、液压双余度+应急刹车系统电控单余度。所述正常刹车系统和应急刹车系统为并列关系。默认正常刹车系统实施机轮刹车,当正常刹车系统出现故障时,应急刹车系统保障机轮刹车。正常刹车系统由指令传感器、控制模块、集成控制阀、集成转换阀、速度传感器、转换阀、能源转换阀组成。应急刹车系统采用电传控制方式,由蓄压器、应急电液能源组件、应急刹车操纵单元、停机/应急刹车阀、液压保险组成。本发明因液压能源失效发生刹车失效的概率为2.4E‑10/fh,与二余度飞机刹车控制系统相比,提高了刹车系统的安全性和可靠性。
