The invention provides a charging control method, a charging control device and a vehicle. The charging control method comprises the steps that the electric quantity of a target battery and the health state of the battery are acquired, and the lowest temperature information of the area where the target battery is located in a preset period is acquired; determining the dormancy time of the vehicle to which the target battery belongs, wherein the dormancy time is the time from the end of the last start to the current moment of the vehicle; and at least according to the electric quantity, the battery health state, the lowest temperature information and the sleep time, determining whether to charge the target battery or not, and sending a target charge request to the target terminal to charge the target battery when it is determined that the target battery is charged. The risk that the engine cannot be started due to insufficient energy supply of the target battery is reduced, the problem of battery aging caused by long-time parking of the vehicle is solved, and therefore the problem that it is difficult to reasonably supplement power to the power battery in the prior art is solved.

    本申请提供了一种补电控制方法、补电控制装置与车辆,该补电控制方法包括:获取目标电池的电量以及电池健康状态,以及获取目标电池所处的区域在预定周期内的最低温度信息;确定目标电池所属的车辆的休眠时间,休眠时间为车辆从上一次启动结束到当前时刻之间的时间;至少根据电量、电池健康状态、最低温度信息以及休眠时间,确定是否对目标电池进行补电,在确定对目标电池进行补电的情况下,发送目标补电请求至目标终端,以对目标电池进行补电,降低了发动机因目标电池供能不足导致的无法启动的风险,以及降低了车辆因长时间停放造成的电池老化问题,从而解决了现有技术中难以较为合理地对动力电池进行补电的问题。
