The invention discloses a direct current liquid cooling charging gun and a liquid cooling system thereof.The direct current liquid cooling charging gun comprises a charging gun body and a charging pile, the charging gun body comprises a charging gun shell, a charging plug module and a direct current liquid cooling pipe, the charging plug module and the direct current liquid cooling pipe are arranged in the charging gun shell, the direct current liquid cooling pipe is spirally wound around the charging plug module, and the charging pile is arranged in the charging gun shell; the charging plug module and the direct current liquid cooling pipe are connected with the charging pile through the cable assembly. The liquid cooling system comprises a charging gun body and a charging pile, the charging gun body comprises a charging gun shell, a charging plug module and a direct-current liquid cooling pipe, the direct-current liquid cooling pipe is spirally installed on the charging plug module in a wound mode, and the charging plug module and the direct-current liquid cooling pipe are connected with the charging pile through a cable assembly. Power is supplied to the charging plug module through the charging pile to charge the new energy automobile, meanwhile, liquid is supplied to the direct-current liquid cooling pipe to take away heat generated by the charging plug module during charging in time, and the situation that the charging plug module is damaged at a high speed due to large current and large power is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种直流液冷充电枪及其液冷系统,包括:充电枪本体、充电桩,充电枪本体包括充电枪壳、充电插头模块、直流液冷管,充电插头模块、直流液冷管设置在充电枪壳内,直流液冷管螺旋地绕设置在充电插头模块上,充电插头模块、直流液冷管通过线缆组件与充电桩连接。该液冷系统包括:充电枪本体、充电桩,充电枪本体包括充电枪壳、充电插头模块、直流液冷管,直流液冷管螺旋地绕安装在充电插头模块上,充电插头模块、直流液冷管则通过线缆组件与充电桩进行连接,通过充电桩向充电插头模块供电对新能源汽车进行充电,同时也向直流液冷管供液将充电插头模块在充电时产生的热量及时带走,避免大电流、大功率产生高速损坏充电插头模块。
