The invention discloses a method for constructing a busy airport aircraft departure taxiing time prediction model feature set, which comprises the following steps of: 1, analyzing and obtaining feature factors of time, space and environment dimensions which influence the busy airport aircraft departure taxiing time by constructing a flight macroscopic space-time network topology model; carrying out feature factor screening based on the correlation between the obtained feature factors and the departure sliding time, and then respectively constructing a time dimension feature set, a space dimension feature set and an environment dimension feature set; 2, the time dimension feature set, the space dimension feature set and the environment dimension feature set form a busy airport aircraft departure taxiing time prediction model feature set which is used for busy airport aircraft departure taxiing time prediction. According to the method, the characteristic variable set representing the key factors of the departure taxiing time of the aircraft is accurately identified and constructed, and the precision of the prediction model of the departure taxiing time of the aircraft is improved.
