The embodiment of the invention discloses an autonomous parking fault diagnosis method and device and an unmanned vehicle. The specific implementation mode of the method comprises the steps of obtaining a true value and a reference value of a steering wheel angle of a vehicle; determining a fault type according to a value range of a difference value between the true value and the reference value; determining a fault level according to the fault type; if the fault level is a light fault, light fault indication information is output, and fault-tolerant measures are taken to enable the vehicle to recover to the nominal operation state. According to the embodiment, the safety of autonomous parking is improved.
