A mounting mechanism is slidably mounted in the middle of the lower shell, the mounting mechanism comprises a mounting plate, the mounting plate is slidably mounted on the inner wall of the lower shell, and a heat dissipation mechanism is mounted in the middle of the mounting plate, the mounting plate is mounted through operation of the mounting mechanism and the positioning mechanism, and people can conveniently mount the heat dissipation fan; when the device is used, heat above and below the circuit board is absorbed through the heat dissipation fan, heat above and below the circuit board is discharged through the air holes, heat dissipation of the whole circuit board is achieved, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the vehicle-mounted charger is improved.
