According to the back door inner plate assembly, the light magnesium alloy material is adopted, the light weight of a back door is achieved, the machining process difficulty is lowered, the strength and rigidity are improved, volatile organic compounds (VOC) are reduced, tolerance accumulation caused by welding and assembling of multiple parts is reduced, and therefore the assembling size precision of the back door is improved.
