A lightweight structure for a vehicle, in particular an air vehicle, comprises: a first stringer having a base web, the first stringer having a first bus conductor path at a contact surface; and a cross-member having a central connecting plate and a transverse connecting plate extending transversely to the central connecting plate, the transverse connecting plate having a first connecting conductor path and a second connecting conductor path, the first connecting conductor path extends in the region of the first end section of the cross-member on a first surface of the transverse connecting plate and on a second surface oriented opposite the first surface, and the second connecting conductor path extends at least on the first surface of the transverse connecting plate in a separate manner from the first connecting conductor path. The transverse member extends transversely to the longitudinal member and the transverse connecting plate is connected to the base connecting plate at the first end section in such a way that the first connecting conductor path is in contact with the first bus conductor path of the base connecting plate. The lightweight structure further comprises a carbon fiber structure battery connected with the central connecting plate surface of the cross beam, wherein the first current collector of the carbon fiber structure battery is electrically connected with the first connecting conductor path or the second connecting conductor path and the second current collector of the carbon fiber structure battery is electrically connected with the corresponding other connecting conductor path.
