The invention relates to a strong-robustness autonomous fractional order bidirectional wireless charging and discharging system which comprises a fractional order primary circuit and a fractional order secondary circuit, the fractional order primary circuit comprises a dual-port primary side fractional order capacitor, a primary side inductance coil and a power grid, a first port of the dual-port primary side fractional order capacitor is connected with the power grid, and a second port of the dual-port primary side fractional order capacitor is connected with the primary side inductance coil. The second port is connected with the primary inductance coil; the fractional order secondary side circuit comprises a dual-port secondary side fractional order capacitor, a secondary side inductance coil and a battery, a first port of the dual-port secondary side fractional order capacitor is connected with the battery, and a second port of the dual-port secondary side fractional order capacitor is connected with the secondary side inductance coil; and the primary side inductance coil and the secondary side inductance coil realize wireless electric energy transmission in a magnetic field coupling mode. According to the system, the robustness of the two-way wireless charging and discharging system is improved.
