The invention discloses a charging gun and a charging system, and belongs to the electrical field. The charging gun comprises a gun body part, a gun head part and a cable, the gun head part is connected to the front end of the gun body part, the first end of the cable is electrically connected to the gun head part, and the second end of the cable extends out of the rear end of the gun body part; the gun body part comprises a gun body shell, a button exposed on the gun body shell, a locking piece located in the gun body shell, a pressing plate, a base, a circuit board and at least one indicator lamp. The button, the pressing plate and the base are sequentially connected in an abutting mode from top to bottom, and the locking piece is hinged to the pressing plate and abuts against the button. A first sealing piece is arranged at the abutting position of the button and the pressing plate, and a second sealing piece is arranged at the abutting position of the pressing plate and the base. The indicating lamp is electrically connected to the circuit board, the circuit board is electrically connected to the cable, the circuit board and the indicating lamp are both located between the pressing plate and the base, and light emitted by the indicating lamp is transmitted to the outside through the pressing plate and the button. The circuit board and the indicating lamp are located in the closed space between the pressing plate and the base, and the sealing performance of the charging gun is improved.
