The invention provides a toll station congestion monitoring analysis method and system based on clustering. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an arrival traffic flow time sequence and a departure traffic flow time sequence of each toll station to be monitored; all toll stations to be monitored are clustered based on the time sequence of arrival of the traffic flow and the time sequence of departure of the traffic flow, groups to which the entrance and the exit of each toll station to be monitored belong are obtained, and after the toll stations to be monitored which do not have a congestion state in each group are deleted, the congestion time period of each group is judged; for a certain toll station to be monitored, judging the congestion type of the toll station to be monitored according to the group to which the entrance and the exit of the toll station to be monitored belong; for each congestion type, related features are extracted, the information gain of each related feature is calculated, and main features causing each congestion type are judged; therefore, strategy guidance is provided for optimization of the old toll station, and theoretical support is provided for reasonable construction of the new toll station.

    本发明提供了一种基于聚类的收费站拥堵监测分析方法及系统,包括:获取每个待监测收费站到达车流量时间序列和离开车流量时间序列;对于所有待监测收费站,分别基于到达车流量时间序列和离开车流量时间序列,进行聚类,得到每个待监测收费站的进站口和出站口所属的分组,并将每个分组中不存在拥堵状态的待监测收费站删除后,判断每个分组的拥堵时段;对于某个待监测收费站,根据该待监测收费站的进站口和出站口所属的分组,判断该待监测收费站的拥堵类型;对于每个拥堵类型,提取相关特征,计算每个相关特征的信息增益,判断造成每种拥堵类型的主要特征。进而为旧收费站优化提供策略指导,为新收费站合理化建设提供理论支持。
