The invention discloses a shackle installation device for jacket hoisting and a using method thereof.The shackle installation device is composed of a top plate, a vertical plate, an upper stiffening plate, a lower stiffening plate and a bottom plate, the top plate, the vertical plate and the bottom plate form an integrally-connected U shape, two parallel guide chain hanging holes penetrating through the side wall are formed in the side wall of the right end of the top plate, and the upper stiffening plate is connected with the lower stiffening plate. A bolt hole which penetrates through the top and the bottom of the bottom plate and is used for being connected with a tower drum is formed in the right end of the bottom plate. The shackle mounting device is fixed above a lifting point through the bolt holes and the bolts in the jacket tower flange, and the floating crane and the guide chain are matched with the device to complete shackle mounting construction. The shackle installation device can be assembled on site and can be repeatedly used, and the shackle installation efficiency and the construction safety coefficient are improved. According to the method, the offshore operation efficiency can be effectively improved, the construction period is shortened, offshore ship equipment is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种用于导管架吊装的卸扣安装装置及其使用方法,该卸扣安装装置,由包括顶板、竖板、上劲板、下劲板、底板构成,顶板、竖板、底板构成连为一体的“匚”形,在顶板的右端侧壁设有两个平行且贯通侧壁的导链挂设孔,在底板的右端设有一个贯通底板顶部、底部且用于与塔筒连接的螺栓孔。本发明利用导管架塔筒法兰上的螺栓孔和螺栓将卸扣安装装置固定在吊点上方,浮吊和导链配合装置完成卸扣安装施工。本卸扣安装装置能现场拼装完成,可重复使用,提高了卸扣安装效率和施工安全系数。本发明能有效地提高海上作业效率、缩短施工工期、减少海上船机设备、节省施工成本。
