The invention discloses a seat suspension type mancar which is applied to the technical field of underground auxiliary transportation equipment and comprises a mancar frame, a seat, a balance connecting rod assembly and a damping assembly. The seat is located in the mancar frame, a seat short arm extending upwards is arranged at the upper end of the seat, and the lower portion of the seat short arm is hinged to the top of the mancar frame through a second pin shaft. The balance connecting rod assembly is located above the mancar frame, and the upper end of the seat short arm is hinged to the balance connecting rod assembly. The damping assembly is connected with the mancar frame and the balance connecting rod assembly. When passing through an inclined roadway, the seat is automatically adjusted to a vertical position under the action of gravity, so that a passenger is prevented from being in a forward-leaning or backward-leaning state, and the comfort and safety of the seat suspension type man-car are improved. The damping assembly can reduce inertial impact in the seat swinging process, the seat swinging speed and amplitude are reduced, and the comfort and safety of the seat suspension type man-car are further improved.
