The invention provides an air bag blasting weakening structure which comprises an interior trimming panel, a semi-surrounding weakening line is arranged on the panel face of the interior trimming panel, an air bag door is formed by the surrounding area of the weakening line, an air bag assembly is arranged on the back face of the air bag door, and the thickness of the panel body on the two sides or one side of the weakening line is larger than the thickness of the air bag door and the thickness of the interior trimming panel. According to the scheme, by thickening the two sides of the weakening line, it is avoided that after the weakening line is broken, parts on the periphery of the weakening line are torn, and fragment splashing is caused; therefore, when the air bag is detonated, the force is more concentrated at the weakening line position, and the detonation time is prevented from being influenced by explosive force consumed by fragmentation of the interior trim panel or the air bag door.

    本发明提供一种气囊爆破弱化结构,包括内饰板,所述内饰板的板面上设置有半包围式弱化线,所述弱化线的合围区域构成气囊门,所述气囊门的背面设置有气囊组件,所述弱化线两侧或一侧的板体厚度大于气囊门和内饰板的厚度。上述方案中通过加厚弱化线的两侧避免弱化线破裂后撕裂弱化线周边的零部件,造成破片的飞溅,同时由于弱化线两侧的结构得到强化,这样使得气囊起爆时其力量更加集中在弱化线位置避免内饰板或气囊门的碎裂消耗爆炸力影响起爆时间。
