The invention provides a shape memory alloy wire triggered non-self-locking thread type pressing and releasing device and method, and belongs to the field of spaceflight. The problems that an existing pressing and releasing device is long in actuation time, sensitive to heat, complex in mechanism, large in occupied space and poor in synchronism are solved. The device comprises a connecting assembly and an unlocking assembly, the connecting assembly is located on the upper portion, the unlocking assembly is located on the lower portion, the upper end of the connecting assembly is connected with a load B, the lower end of the connecting assembly is connected with the unlocking assembly, and the unlocking assembly is connected with a load A. In the pressing state, under the elastic force effect of a locking spring, the locking spring is locked. The free ends of the two pressing rods are clamped on the corresponding pre-tightening rotating clamping jaws and used for limiting circumferential rotation of the non-self-locking nut. After the four electrified electrodes are electrified, the SMA wire shrinks, the two pressing rods relieve pressing on the pre-tightening rotary clamping jaw, and circumferential rotation of the non-self-locking nut is relieved. The device is compact in structure, small in occupied space, low in impact, free of pollution and good in unlocking synchronism.
