The invention discloses an L4-level and above automatic driving self-adaptive whole vehicle electronic and electric appliance framework and a vehicle, and the framework comprises a control system which comprises a first automatic control calculation platform and a second automatic control calculation platform; the sensing system comprises a main sensor configuration group and a backup sensor configuration group; the execution system comprises a plurality of execution unit groups, each execution unit group comprises a main execution unit and a standby execution unit, and the main execution units are respectively connected with the automatic control computing platform I and the automatic control computing platform II; each standby execution unit is respectively connected with the automatic control computing platform I and the automatic control computing platform II; the power supply system comprises a power supply I and a power supply II, and the power supply I is respectively connected with the main sensor configuration group, the automatic control computing platform I and each main execution unit; and the power supply II is respectively connected with the standby sensor configuration group, the automatic control computing platform II and each standby execution unit. According to the invention, a full-redundancy strategy of L4-level and above automatic driving function safety requirements is really realized.
