The invention discloses a vertical shaft heading machine capable of vertically shifting gears, which comprises a supporting seat arranged at the front end of a heading machine supporting arm and a fixing seat used for butting and fixing a duct piece, and the fixing seat can reciprocate up and down along the supporting seat; a self-locking wedge block is arranged on the heading machine supporting arm; a plurality of wedge block semi-closed grooves are formed in the fixed seat in the moving direction of the fixed seat; the wedge block semi-closed groove comprises a locking lock catch matched with the tip end of the self-locking wedge block, a directional concave table arranged below the locking lock catch and a side baffle connected with the locking lock catch and the directional concave table. The self-locking wedge block can enter or leave the wedge block semi-closed groove under the action of the wedge block driving mechanism. The self-locking wedge block is matched with the wedge block semi-closed groove, self-locking of the supporting base and the fixing base is completed, and the situation that when an oil cylinder arranged in the supporting base drives the fixing base, the positions of the supporting base and a supporting arm of the heading machine exceed the stroke is avoided. The excavation expanding effect of the vertical shaft heading machine is greatly improved, and then the construction efficiency of heading through the heading machine in vertical shaft construction is improved.

    本发明公开了一种可垂直换挡的竖井掘进机,包括设置在掘进机支撑臂前端的支撑座和用于对接固定管片的固定座,固定座可沿支撑座上下往复运动;掘进机支撑臂上设有自锁楔块;固定座上沿固定座运动方向设有若干楔块半封闭槽;楔块半封闭槽包括匹配自锁楔块尖端的止动锁扣、设置在止动锁扣下方的定向凹台以及衔接止动锁扣和定向凹台的侧挡板;自锁楔块可在楔块驱动机构作用下,进入或离开楔块半封闭槽。通过自锁楔块匹配楔块半封闭槽,完成对支撑座与固定座的自锁,防止支撑座内设的油缸驱动固定座时导致的支撑座及掘进机支撑臂位置超程。大幅改善了竖井掘进机的掘进扩挖效果,进而提高了竖井施工利用掘进机进行掘进的施工效率。
