The invention provides low-emissivity coated laminated glass containing a crystalline silver layer as well as a preparation method and application of the low-emissivity coated laminated glass. The low-emissivity coated laminated glass containing the crystalline silver layer comprises low-emissivity coated glass, a glue layer and a glass sheet which are sequentially stacked, the low-emissivity coated glass comprises a glass substrate, at least four continuous composite film layers and a protective layer are sequentially stacked on the surface of the glass substrate, and the protective layer is attached to an adhesive layer. Each composite film layer comprises a first dielectric layer, a crystalline silver layer, a second dielectric layer and a metal barrier layer which are sequentially stacked in the outward direction of the glass substrate, and the crystalline dielectric layers are arranged between the glass substrate and the composite film layers, between the adjacent composite film layers and between the composite film layers and the protective layer. The low-emissivity coated glass disclosed by the invention has relatively low surface resistance and emissivity and relatively high subsequent bent tempering and re-interlayer yield; and meanwhile, laminated glass prepared from the glass has relatively high visible light transmittance.

    本发明提供了一种含有晶态银层的低辐射镀膜夹层玻璃及其制备方法和用途,所述含有晶态银层的低辐射镀膜夹层玻璃包括依次层叠的低辐射镀膜玻璃、胶层和玻璃原片;所述低辐射镀膜玻璃包括玻璃基底,所述玻璃基底的表面依次层叠有至少四层连续的复合膜层以及保护层,所述保护层与胶层相贴合,所述复合膜层包括沿所述玻璃基底向外的方向依次层叠的第一介质层、晶态银层、第二介质层和金属阻挡层,所述玻璃基底和复合膜层之间、相邻所述复合膜层之间、以及所述复合膜层和保护层之间均设置有晶态介质层。本发明中低辐射镀膜玻璃具有较低的表面电阻和辐射率,较高的后续弯钢化再夹层成品率;同时由其制成的夹层玻璃具有较高的可见光透过率。
