The invention discloses a characterization test device and method for small-load bending torsional deformation of a composite airfoil, and belongs to the technical field of composite molding.The device comprises a base, a clamping assembly, a force application assembly, a position detection assembly and a protective clamping plate, and the clamping assembly comprises a clamping table, a positioning shaft and a cover plate; the force application assembly comprises a force applicator, a force application head and a force application display meter, the position detection assembly comprises a door-shaped supporting frame, a measuring rod and a dial indicator, and the protective clamping plate comprises an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate which are detachable. According to the invention, nondestructive testing of the bending deformation and the torsional deformation of the airfoil under the small-load loading condition can be realized, and the method has the advantages of low equipment cost, stable and reliable test data, simple test method, easiness in operation and the like.

    本发明公开一种复合材料翼面小载荷弯曲扭转变形的表征测试装置及方法,属于复合材料成型技术领域,该装置包括底座、夹持组件、施力组件、位置检测组件和防护夹板,其中夹持组件包括夹持台、定位轴和盖板,施力组件包括施力器、施力头和施力显示表,位置检测组件包括门型支撑框、量杆和百分表,防护夹板包括可拆卸的上夹板和下夹板。本发明可实现小载荷加载工况下翼面弯曲变形量和扭转变形量的无损测试,具备设备成本低、测试数据稳定可靠、测试方法简单、易于操作等优点。
