And in the rotating speed interval I, the compressor rotating speed value corresponding to the vibration acceleration resonance point is removed, the rotating speed value of coupling of the in-vehicle noise and the compressor noise is obtained, the vibration sense of a user and the in-vehicle noise are reduced, and the NVH performance of the new energy automobile air conditioner is improved.

    本发明涉及汽车控制技术领域,提供了一种新能源汽车空调的NVH性能适配方法,包括如下步骤:S1、确定压缩机稳定工作时的最低转速Rmin及最高转速Rmax,最低转速Rmin与最高转速Rmax构成了压缩机的转速区间Ⅰ;S2、获取车内振动目标部件与压缩机的振动加速度的共振点;S3、在转速区间Ⅰ内去除振动加速度共振点对应的压缩机转速,形成压缩机的转速区间Ⅱ;S4、在车载空调处于工作状态时,控制压缩机的转速处于转速区间Ⅱ。在转速区间Ⅰ内去除振动加速度共振点对应的压缩机转速值及获取车内噪声与压缩机噪声耦合的转速值,减轻用户的振感及车内噪声,提升了新能源汽车空调的NVH性能。
