The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic pressure, in particular to a hydrostatic system and a pipelayer, the hydrostatic system comprises an oil supply assembly, a variable pump A, a variable pump B, a control valve, a winch system, a counterweight system, a left travel motor and a right travel motor; the variable pump A and the variable pump B are communicated with the oil supply assembly through hydraulic pipelines; the control valve is communicated with the variable pump A and the variable pump B through a hydraulic pipeline; the winch system and the counterweight system are communicated with the control valve through hydraulic pipelines; the variable pump A is communicated with the left walking motor, the variable pump B is communicated with the right walking motor, or the variable pump A is communicated with the winch system, and the variable pump B is communicated with the counterweight system through transposition of the valve core of the control valve; and the control system can control the valve core of the control valve to change positions. The static hydraulic system, the working hydraulic system and the walking hydraulic system are integrated, the capacity of a hydraulic oil tank is reduced, meanwhile, the closed system prolongs the oil replacement and maintenance time, and the use cost of a user is reduced.

    本发明涉及液压技术领域,尤其涉及一种静液压系统及吊管机,静液压系统包括供油组件、变量泵A、变量泵B、控制阀、卷扬系统、配重系统、左行走马达和右行走马达;变量泵A和变量泵B均通过液压管路连通于供油组件;控制阀通过液压管路连通于变量泵A和变量泵B;卷扬系统和配重系统均通过液压管路连通于控制阀;通过控制阀阀芯换位能使得变量泵A连通左行走马达,变量泵B连通右行走马达或变量泵A连通卷扬系统,变量泵B连通配重系统;控制系统能够控制控制阀的阀芯换位。本发明提供的静液压系统,工作、行走的液压系统二合一,减少液压油箱容量,同时闭式系统延长油液更换保养时间,降低用户使用成本。
