The invention discloses a ship trim adjusting device which comprises a ship body and a control mechanism. A battery is arranged on the upper side of the ship body, a supporting plate is rotationally connected to the rear side of the ship body, a mounting frame is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the supporting plate, an engine is mounted on the upper side of the mounting frame, a propeller fixedly sleeves an output shaft of the engine, and an adjusting table is slidably connected to the rear portion of the upper side face of the ship body. The rear side face of the adjusting table is an inclined face and is slidably connected with the lower surface of the supporting plate, control blocks are fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the adjusting table, threaded holes are formed in the control blocks, and two supporting blocks are fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the upper side face of the ship body. The control mechanism is mounted on the supporting block; the device further comprises a control switch. During adjustment, longitudinal trim adjustment of the ship body is achieved by adjusting the angle of the propeller, the bow is not prone to being damaged, and convenience is achieved.
