The invention discloses a two-way wireless charging system of an unmanned aerial vehicle unit and a path planning design thereof, and the structure of the two-way wireless charging system of the unmanned aerial vehicle unit comprises a wireless charging base station, two unmanned aerial vehicles and a sensor. The wireless charging base station is provided with a transmitting coil; coupling coils are assembled on the unmanned aerial vehicle; the sensor is provided with a receiving coil. When the unmanned aerial vehicle is located above the sensor or on the wireless charging base station, the corresponding coils are electromagnetically coupled, and the unmanned aerial vehicle charges the sensor or the wireless charging base station charges the unmanned aerial vehicle. The path planning design comprises the steps of constructing an unmanned aerial vehicle path mathematical model, and constructing a node selection strategy according to a priority calculation function; generating a model initial solution; optimizing the initial solution through constraint conditions; and substituting real-time data for iterative solution to obtain an optimal route. The method has the advantages of prolonging the life of the sensor network and saving manpower and material resources, can automatically run in some severe environments or places where people are difficult to reach, and has a wider application range.
