The invention belongs to the technical field of road moving source emission data processing, and provides a road moving source emission map generation method and device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining real-time vehicle data and road data of a target area, and further obtaining real-time traffic flow data of each road section of the target area; according to the product of the comprehensive emission factor of each pollutant of different vehicle types, the road length and the real-time traffic flow of each road section, the real-time total amount of all pollutants emitted by all motor vehicles of each road section of the target area is obtained; and matching the real-time total amount of all pollutants discharged by all motor vehicles on each road section with the road section ID of the target area road network to generate a discharge map.

    本发明属于道路移动源排放数据处理技术领域,提供了一种道路移动源排放地图生成方法及装置。其中,该方法包括获取目标区域的实时车辆数据和道路数据,进而得到目标区域各路段的实时车流量数据;根据不同车型各污染物的综合排放因子、道路长度以及各路段的实时车流量三者的乘积,获取目标区域各路段的所有机动车排放的所有污染物实时总量;将各路段所有机动车排放的所有污染物实时总量与目标区域路网的路段ID进行匹配,生成排放地图。
