The invention discloses a local vibration load applying system for airplane fatigue strength testing and a design method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of airplane testing. The local vibration load applying system comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, an excitation rod and a U-shaped fixing clamp; one end of the excitation rod is connected with a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder through a connecting piece, and the other end is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the U-shaped fixing clamp; two fixing suction cups are symmetrically arranged on the two side walls in the U-shaped fixing clamp through connecting plates, an adjusting screw is arranged on the side, away from the vibration excitation rod, of the U-shaped fixing clamp in a threaded mode, and the adjusting screw is movably connected with the connecting plate on the corresponding side. The local vibration load applying system is reasonable in structural design, the stable clamping effect of the test piece is achieved on the premise that it is guaranteed that the surface of the test piece is not damaged, therefore, the vibration load can be evenly loaded on the surface of the test piece, and guiding significance is achieved for an aircraft fatigue strength test.

    本发明公开了飞机疲劳强度测试用局部振动载荷施加系统及其设计方法,属于飞机测试技术领域,局部振动载荷施加系统包括液压油缸、激振杆和U型固定夹;激振杆的一端通过连接件与液压油缸的活塞杆连接,另一端与U型固定夹的外壁固定连接;U型固定夹内部两个侧壁上通过连接板对称设置有两个固定吸盘,U型固定夹远离激振杆的一侧螺纹有调节螺杆,调节螺杆与对应侧的连接板活动连接;本发明的局部振动载荷施加系统结构设计合理,在保证试验件表面不被破坏的前提下实现了试验件的稳定夹持效果,从而使得振动载荷能够均匀加载于试验件表面,对于飞机疲劳强度测试试验具有指导意义。
