The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and discloses a pipe hoisting machine for precise slender steel pipes, a contact device comprises a hydraulic bin, a liquid outlet hole is formed in the center of the outer surface of the hydraulic bin, sleeving rings are fixedly mounted at the positions, close to the outer side, of the two ends of the hydraulic bin, and the outer surfaces of the sleeving rings are sleeved with contact sleeves; and external thread sleeves are fixedly mounted at the two ends of the hydraulic bin and located on the inner sides of the sleeving rings. The contact sleeves are made of high-elasticity rubber materials, so that liquid in the liquid guide bins, the connecting devices and the contact devices flows out of the liquid outlet holes under the action of high pressure, the contact sleeves are driven to expand, the outer surfaces of the contact sleeves make contact with the inner wall of the steel pipe, and therefore the contact devices in the device make contact with the inner wall of the steel pipe; therefore, the contact device and the steel pipe have a plurality of supporting points in the lifting process, and the problem that the precision of the steel pipe is reduced due to unequal lengths of the two ends of the steel pipe and unrecoverable deformation caused by deflection and bending is avoided.

    本发明涉及起吊设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于精密细长钢管的吊管机,接触装置包括液压仓,液压仓外表面位于中心的位置上开设有出液孔,液压仓两端靠近外侧的位置上固定安装有套接环,套接环外表面套接有接触套,液压仓两端位于套接环内侧的位置上固定安装有外螺纹套筒。通过接触套材质为高弹性橡胶材料,使得导液仓、连接装置和接触装置内部的液体在高压的作用下从出液孔中流出,并带动接触套进行扩张,使得接触套的外表面与钢管的内壁相接触,从而使得该装置中的接触装置均与钢管的内壁相接触,从而实现起吊过程中接触装置与钢管有着多个支撑点,避免钢管两端长度不相等从而发生歪斜和弯曲导致发生无法恢复的形变造成钢管的精度下降的问题。
