The invention discloses a device and method for providing power in fluid, and the device comprises at least one connecting rod which can reciprocate in the linear direction of the central axis of the connecting rod; each connecting rod is at least connected with an independent integrated structural frame; a plurality of sheet-shaped bodies are arranged on the same side of each structural frame, and the end edge of only one side of each sheet-shaped body is connected with the structural frame; when the connecting rod reciprocates, the sheet-shaped bodies move on the same side of the structural frame, so that the projection area of the sheet-shaped bodies on the plane perpendicular to the central axis of the connecting rod is increased or decreased. The product can replace a propeller to realize free rising and falling, and a special site is not needed; the manufacturing cost is low, the driving force effect is good, and the method is an ideal low-altitude flight method; according to the method, the purpose of lift-off can be achieved, and forward flight power can be provided by adjusting the direction; the system can also be applied to submarines and sailing.

    本发明公开了一种在流体中提供动力的装置及方法,包括:至少一个连杆,连杆可沿着其中心轴所在的直线方向上进行往复运动;每个连杆上至少连接有一个独立为一体的结构架;每个结构架的同侧设置有若干个片状体,每个片状体上有且仅有一侧的端边连接结构架;连杆进行往复运动时,片状体通过在结构架的同侧活动,使片状体在与连杆的中心轴相垂直的平面上的投影面积增大或者缩小。本发明的产品可以代替螺旋桨实现起落自如,不用专门场地;制作成本低廉,驱动力效果好,是低空飞行的理想方法;该方法可以达到升空的目的,也可以通过调整方向达到提供前进的飞行动力;也可以应用到潜艇及航海中。
