The invention provides a vehicle-mounted system security certification management method considering face fraud, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a vehicle-mounted system security certification management convolutional neural network which comprises a texture presentation sub-network, an optical presentation sub-network and a feature fusion sub-network; and the vehicle-mounted system security authentication management convolutional neural network takes MobileNet-V2 as a backbone. Taking the obtained face region image of the enhanced RGB image and the face region image of the enhanced optical flow field image as inputs of a texture presentation sub-network and an optical presentation sub-network respectively, and adopting a vehicle-mounted system security certification management convolutional neural network for training; texture features and optical flow features are extracted through training of the texture presentation sub-network and the optical presentation sub-network, feature fusion is obtained in the feature fusion sub-network, finally, true faces and false faces are classified based on the optical flow features and the texture features, and a final result is output.

    本发明提供了一种考虑人脸欺诈的车载系统安全认证管理方法,其中,构建车载系统安全认证管理卷积神经网络,所述的构建包括:所述的卷积神经网络包括纹理呈现子网络、光学呈现子网络和特征融合子网络;所述的车载系统安全认证管理卷积神经网络以MobileNet‑V2为骨干。将所获得的增强后的RGB图像的人脸区域图像和光流场图的人脸区域图像分别作为纹理呈现子网络和光学呈现子网络的输入,采用车载系统安全认证管理卷积神经网络进行训练,通过纹理呈现子网络和光学呈现子网络的训练进行纹理特征和光流特征的提取,在特征融合子网络中获得特征融合,最后,基于光流特征和纹理特征,进行真人脸和假人脸的分类,输出最终结果。
