The invention discloses a parallel-structure multi-stator traction machine which comprises a machine shell, at least two split winding stator iron cores are arranged in the machine shell; the rotating shaft is in running fit with the machine shell; the brake is connected with one end of the rotating shaft; the traction wheel is connected with the other end of the rotating shaft; rotors are arranged in the axial direction of the rotating shaft, the number of the rotors is the same as that of the split winding stator iron cores, the rotors correspond to the split winding stator iron cores in a one-to-one mode, a permanent magnet layer is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of each rotor, and gaps are reserved between the permanent magnet layers and the split winding stator iron cores. By adopting the technical scheme, the traction machine is provided with the two split winding stator iron cores, and the split winding stator iron cores are assembled twice during assembly, so that the assembly difficulty can be effectively reduced; the overall structure is simple, the stator iron core is fastened and reliable, and the stator assembling quality and assembling efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开了一种并行结构多定子曳引机,包括:机壳,内部至少设有两个分瓣式绕组定子铁芯;转轴,与所述机壳转动配合;制动器,与所述转轴一端连接;曳引轮,与所述转轴另一端连接;所述转轴的轴向设有数量与所述分瓣式绕组定子铁芯数量一致的转子,且所述转子与所述分瓣式绕组定子铁芯一一对应,每一转子外侧壁均固设有永磁体层,所述永磁体层与所述分瓣式绕组定子铁芯保持间隙;采用上述技术方案,本曳引机通过设计两个分瓣式绕组定子铁芯,分瓣式绕组定子铁芯在装配时,分两次进行装配,可以有效降低装配难度;整体结构简单,定子铁芯紧固可靠,可以提高定子组装质量以及装配效率。
