The invention discloses an ocean meso-scale and small-scale observation system. The observation system is provided with a sensor cabin, a pitching adjusting cabin, a middle transverse moving cabin, a buoyancy adjusting cabin and a propelling cabin in sequence from the bow part to the tail part, the sensor cabin, the pitching adjusting cabin and the buoyancy adjusting cabin are closed cabins, and the middle transverse moving cabin and the propelling cabin are permeable cabins; a pitching adjusting mechanism is arranged in the pitching adjusting cabin; water permeable holes are formed in the cabin wall surface of the middle transverse moving cabin, and a full-rotation middle vector propeller used for pushing the observation system to transversely move in the radial direction of the middle transverse moving cabin is arranged in the middle transverse moving cabin; a buoyancy driving mechanism is arranged in the buoyancy adjusting cabin and the propelling cabin; and a tail vector propeller is arranged in the propelling cabin. The system can perform vertical profile movement, transverse movement, horizontal movement, oblique navigation and the like, has the functions of rapidness, flexibility, high maneuverability, high dynamic positioning and the like, and can solve the problems of rapidness, time-space synchronization and cluster collaborative refined observation of small-scale and medium-scale processes in the ocean.

    本发明公开一种海洋中小尺度观测系统,该观测系统从艏部至尾部依次设置有传感器舱、俯仰调节舱、中间横移舱、浮力调节舱和推进舱;所述传感器舱、俯仰调节舱和浮力调节舱为密闭舱,中间横移舱和推进舱为透水舱;在俯仰调节舱的内部设置有俯仰调节机构;在中间横移舱的舱壁面上设置有透水孔,在中间横移舱的内部设置有用于推动观测系统沿其径向横移的全回转中间矢量推进器;在浮力调节舱和推进舱中设置有浮力驱动机构;在推进舱中设置有尾部矢量推进器。本发明能够进行垂向剖面运动、横向移动、水平运动和斜向航行等,具有快速性、灵活性、高机动性和高动态定位等功能,可解决海洋中小尺度过程快速性、时空同步、集群协同精细化观测的问题。
