The invention provides a power system cooling temperature control method based on multiple threshold values, and the method comprises the steps: judging and issuing heating and cooling instructions according to a real-time temperature signal of a power system, carrying out the low-temperature heating of a battery at a cold low temperature, improving the working capability of the battery, carrying out the real-time temperature cooling at a high temperature, and carrying out the assistance of a multi-stage stepped cooling mode. Therefore, on-off control is carried out on the vehicle-mounted heater, the water pump, the first fan, the second fan, the third fan and the fourth fan, and multi-stage real-time temperature control is achieved. In addition, the invention further discloses a corresponding temperature control system and an automobile. According to the temperature control method, heating and cooling can be achieved, unnecessary energy consumption is effectively reduced within the full-temperature-zone range while effective temperature reduction and cooling are achieved, and the method is efficient and low in energy.

    本发明提供了一种基于多门限值的动力系统冷却温控方法,根据动力系统的实时温度信号判断发布加热、降温指令,寒冷低温时为电池低温加热,提升电池工作能力,高温时以实时温度降温所需,辅以多级阶梯式的冷却方式,从而对车载加热器、水泵、一号风扇、二号风扇、三号风扇和四号风扇进行开关控制,从而实现多级实时温控。此外,还公开了对应的温控系统和汽车。本发明的温控方法可加热、可冷却,在有效降温冷却的同时,还在全温区范围内有效的减少了不必要的能耗,该方法高效低能。
