The invention particularly discloses a driving data collection system based on edge calculation and an unsupervised recognition algorithm. Collected data can be applied to crane related products based on deep learning. The collection system comprises a video acquisition module, a data processing system and a data center. Wherein the video acquisition module transmits original data to the data processing module, a feature map and a feature vector are obtained through the automatic identification module, whether the image is a to-be-collected image is judged according to the distance between the feature vector and a target feature vector, and the to-be-collected image is uploaded to the data center; and the data center updates the automatic discrimination model according to the number of the collected pictures. The collection system can automatically and effectively identify possible real and useful data, greatly improves the validity of data collection, reduces the transmitted data volume, and further reduces the manual labeling cost and the data transmission cost.
本发明具体公开了一种基于边缘计算和无监督识别算法的行车数据收集系统,收集的数据可以应用于基于深度学习的起重机相关产品。所述收集系统包括视频采集模块、数据处理系统和数据中心。其中视频采集模块将原始数据传给数据处理模块,经过自动识别模块得到特征图和特征向量,根据特征向量与目标特征向量的距离判断是否是一张需要收集的图片,需要收集的图片上传到数据中心,数据中心会根据已收集图片的数量更新自动判别模型。所述收集系统可自动有效的识别出可能的真实有用的数据,极大的提高了数据收集的有效性,并降低了传输的数据量,进而降低了人工标注成本和数据传输成本。
